Shipping Information
We ship our products to anywhere in the world from the stunning Northern Rivers of NSW.
We deliver using either Australia Post or Sendle.
Australia
Standard Shipping: $10 AUD or Free Orders> $100 AUD. (2-15 Business days, depending on your location.)
Express Shipping: $15 AUD (1-3 business days.)
International
New Zealand: $20 AUD(7-28 Business days)
Other International: $25 AUD (7-28 Business days)
Delivery Times
Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once your order is in the post the above delivery times may apply. (please note this is a guide only as we cannot control delivery times via Aus Post or Sendle).
International parcels will be shipped by Australia Post to the country of destination. Once in that country the parcel is then delivered through your country’s local postal authority to you. You can track your parcels delivery status through the Australia Post Tracking Page.
For the delivery time to where you live, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here, and enter 2487 as the ‘From postcode’.
The above times are a guide only. Once an order has left our office, the delivery is in the hands of the courier service. If you need your order in a hurry, then we would highly recommend selecting Express Post on checking out.

Tracking my order
Once your order is packed and ready to go you will receive a "Order is Fulfilled" email complete with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to check the progress of your delivery or enter your tracking number into the Australia Post Tracking Page.
If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk folder.
Overseas Duty and Taxes.
Depending on the destination of your order and the value of your order, you may be required by your local government and customs agency to pay duties and taxes. Pippin Girl is independent of these charges and these prices are set and collected by your country when the order arrives. We cannot provide an estimate of these duties or charges that you may be required to pay and, therefore are not included in our shipping price. If you are unsure of what charges may apply to your order, then please get in touch with your local customs offices for more information.
Digital Products
If you have ordered a digital product you will receive an email which will contain a link for you to download or access.
If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder.

You are eligible to receive a refund or exchange if:
- It is within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Your order was damaged or not as described.
- A clothing or accesories item is the wrong size.
- You have changed your mind before your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges if:
- It has been more than 30 days since your order arrived.
- You have simply changed your mind.
- The product is a downloadable product.
Refunds can only be made to the same credit card or pay system (eg. PayPal) that was charged for the original purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Procedures
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
