Friendships can be tricky at this age. Feeling left out, navigating conflict, making new friends and figuring out where you fit can feel like a lot.
Friendship Foundations gives girls practical tools, language and confidence to navigate friendships well because healthy relationship skills shouldn’t be left to chance.
Across five parts, your daughter will learn how to:
- Recognise healthy and unhealthy friendships.
- Make new friends and build confidence starting conversations.
- Navigate conflict, misunderstandings and hurt feelings.
- Handle inclusion and exclusion without losing her sense of worth.
- Set healthy boundaries and communicate clearly.
- Become the kind of friend and young woman she wants to be.
- Each part includes a video with Emma Tabacaru, founder of Pippin Girl, plus honest interviews with girls who have already walked this road.
